Tiger Shroff is one Bollywood actor you’d want to call poetry in motion after Hrithik Roshan. Ever since his debut, he has always managed to wow his audience with his action performances in all of his movies.


His last stint at the box office along with his idol Hrithik, War also was a hit earning Rs. 317 crores. Currently, Tiger is training for his next film, Baaghi 3 alongside Shraddha Kapoor. And you can bet that it’s going to be action packed for sure.


Tiger has been continually giving his fans sneak peeks of his prep for Baaghi 3 by sharing videos on Instagram. Earlier this month, he had shared pictures of his bare back with cuts and bruises from the action sequences for his upcoming action- drama.


Recently, he shared his journey to recovery by sharing a few videos of him trying out a new therapy to recuperate.


In the series of videos shared by him you can see him getting a hyperbaric oxygen therapy which involves pure oxygen in pressurized room or tube, it’s a well-established recovery treatment.
