Todd Chrisley “knows best” about what it takes to stay looking young.
In an exclusive clip from Thursday night’s episode of “Chrisley Knows Best,” the 51-year-old tells his son, Chase, and mother, Faye, that he rented a hyperbaric oxygen chamber because he is considering “buying his own.”
According to the Mayo Clinic, during hyperbaric oxygen therapy, air pressure is increased to help the lungs gather more oxygen, which can help fight bacteria and stimulate the release of growth factors and stem cells.
“This right here is supposed to help your skin,” Todd tells his relatives. “It helps you to sleep better. It can speed up the healing process. I’ve heard this will add years to your life.”
